Priscilla (Pat) Stone Of Susquehanna, PA     Priscilla (Pat) Stone, 90, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 28, 2014. She was a resident of Barnes Kasson Skill Nursing Home.  She was born on March 17, 1924 the daughter of the late Guy & Grace Peck of Johnson City, NY.  She was preceded by her husband Oscar, daughter Margaret Stone Krushansky, a son Ralph Stone and a daughter in -law, Gerri Stone. Brother, Edward Peck and sister, Nancy Zigler. She is survived by a son Ronald Stone of Susquehanna, PA and a daughter Paulette Stone Towner and son in law Nelson Towner of Susquehanna, ,PA and sister in law, Helen Stone, 2 brothers in laws, Elson and Donald Stone and many nieces and nephews. She lived in the village of Kirkwood where she was known as “Mother Stone”, from taking care of many children.  She was very active in Kirkwood United Methodist Church as choir director and played the piano or organ.  She was a Lay Speaker for Wyoming Conference. After retirement they move to Thompson, Pa and enjoyed spending half of the year there and then being snowbirds at Rainbow Village, Zephyrhills,FL.. She was active in The North Jackson United Methodist Church and the church in Fl. She loved to read, going out for lunch and having shrimp and fries.  She was a very loving and caring person and will be truly missed. A Celebration of her life will be held at the North Jackson United Methodist Church on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 11am, with Rev. Leanne Campbell officiating. The family will have visitation at the church on Saturday from 10-11am. In lieu of flowers donation can be made to the North Jackson United Methodist Memorial Fund.
