Richard Joseph Bennett Of Gibson, PA Richard Joseph Bennett of Gibson, PA passed away on November 15, 2020 at Barnes-Kasson Hospital in Susquehanna, PA. He was 66 years old. He was predeceased by his parents Willard and Elizabeth Bennett and his brother Michael Bennett. Richard is survived by his daughter Barbara (Timothy) Gall; two brothers Willard (Patricia) and Gary (Sandra); a sister Carol Quattrociocchi; a stepson Bryn (Beverly) Dunham; two step-granddaughters Alison and Meghan; five nieces; and several good friends. Richard spent many years logging and working on farms. He loved hunting and fishing. Opening day of deer season was like Christmas morning to him. In the warmer months, he could be found along the banks of local creeks reaching his daily trout limit. He also enjoyed cooking and baking, especially perfecting his applesauce and apple pie recipes. Richard will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Per Richard's request there will be no public services.
