Richard S. Brousseau Of Hallstead, PA Richard S. Brousseau, 87, died on Monday, May 11, 2020 at Barnes Kasson Hospital in Susquehanna, PA. He was predeceased by his father Alphonse and mother Ella; sister Doris; and brother Edward. He is survived by many nieces and nephews. Richard worked as a tool and dye machinist for many years before his retirement. He will be greatly missed by his family.
