Richard C. Budine Of Deposit, NY Richard C. Budine, 67, of Deposit, NY passed away on December 3, 2020. Rick was predeceased by his father and stepmother, Richard S. and Elaine Budine; stepfather, Tom Bowker; brother, Ronnie Budine. Rick is survived by his children, Josh (Cynthia) Budine and Rhonda (Toby) Smith; mother, Mary Bowker; siblings, Sharon (Ed) Wist, Cindy (Randy) Mower, Tom (Carole) Bowker, Lisa (Frank) Niemiec; grandchildren, Aubrin and Alaina Smith, Trystan Rioux. Rick was self-employed for most of his life working as a stonecutter, logger, and licensed blaster. He enjoyed working in his garage where he built trucks from the ground up and worked on all his equipment. Rick was a hard-working man. He was a ‘jack-of-all-trades’ with a wide range of knowledge and experience. He had a big heart and would always try to help others when they were in need. As per Rick’s wishes, there will be no services at this time. A celebration of Rick’s life will be held this summer. Friends and family will be invited to share stories and enjoy a beer in Rick’s honor.
