Richard H. Clark Of Jackson, PA       Richard Henry Clark, 89, of Jackson, PA, passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2017, at his home after an illness. He was predeceased by his parents Richard and Ruth Clark; step son Lee Roger Price; daughter-in-law Annette Walker; step son-in-law Raymond Kilmer; and Brothers Donald, Gerald and Reginald Clark. Richard was survived by his loving wife Shirley (Wademan) Clark; son William Walker, Mesa, AZ; daughter Sherry Sparks, Uniondale, PA; step sons Gene and Donna Price, Thompson, PA, Lewis and Kitty Price, Uniondale, PA, Dennis and Anita Price, Oakland, PA, Dean Price and Sara Lee, Deposit, NY; step daughters Sandy Kilmer, Thompson, PA, and Lisa Allen, Oakland, PA; 18 grandchildren ; 20 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Richard served in the United States Army during WWII as a Sgt. During the war he served in the special services in Germany with the 1st formation of the Constabulary who came under fire at the Russian Boarder. He was proud of his service to his country. After his time in the military Richard went to work for himself as a General Contractor which he stayed devoted to until his retirement. He was a lifetime member of the Great Bend VFW, American Legion, Susquehanna, and the Moose Lodge, Susquehanna. Richard will dearly missed by all of his family and friends. A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, January 22, 2017, at 1pm, at the Hennessey’s Funeral Home, 747 Jackson, Ave. Susquehanna, PA with Pastor Earl Cottrell officiating. Interment will be held in the Gelatt Cemetery, Gelatt, PA. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Sunday from 11am to 1pm.
