Richard “Dick” J. Gottschall Of Vestal, NY Richard J. Gottschall, 93, of Vestal NY passed away Tuesday December 7, 2021 at the Wilson Memorial Hospital in Johnson City, NY after an illness. He was predeceased by his loving wife Edith “Dee” Knoeller Gottschall and Brother Donald Gottschall. Richard is survived by a son and daughter-in-law David & Karen Gottschall; brother Robert R. Gottschall; sister Doris Bainbridge; and many family members and friends. Richard was a veteran of the United States Army and worked as a machine operator and mechanic before retirement. He was a long-time member of Faith Baptist Church of Binghamton, NY A committal service will be held on Monday December 13, 2021 at 11am at the Laurel Hill Cemetery in Deposit NY. Service provided by the Hennessey’s Funeral Home, Deposit, NY.
