Robert (Bob) F. Struble II, 71, of Deposit, NY passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 18, 2025, after a courageous battle.

Raised in Butler, NJ, he was the first-born son of Robert F. Struble, Sr. and Elizabeth A. Watson.

He leaves behind his beloved partner, Kim Libke, his stepson Thunder Libke and his wife Torie. Bob was a proud grandfather to his cherished grandchildren: Hayden, Aurora, Leo and Colton who brought him endless joy and love. Bob is also survived by his siblings Bruce E. Struble, Darlene M. King (Struble), Glenda A. Verdonik (Struble) and William S. Struble and his sister-in-law Christine. He leaves behind his nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews:  Jamie Morley (Struble), her husband Nick and their children Ava, Cara Mia, Arayah and Chiara; Chad Struble, his fiancé Mandy and their son Silas; Kristen Needle (King) and her son Jack; Derek King, his wife Nicole and their son Kaeden; Trevor Verdonik and his wife Daria; Ryan Struble, his wife Jenice and their daughters Madelyn and Millie; Amy Verdonik, Robert F. Struble; and Randall Struble and his wife Sarah.

Bob proudly served in the United States Army 1st Calvary where he was honored to serve his country in Vietnam. Bob loved spending time gardening, canning, cooking, baking, picnics, hunting, reviving classic toys for his grandchildren but mostly being with his grandchildren. Rest in peace Bob. You will always be in our hearts.

To honor Bob’s wishes there will be an intimate family gathering held and then a full memorial with his extensive family and friends will be planned in the Spring.
