Sally Lou Bowie, 81, of Windsor, NY passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2023, at her home.

She was predeceased by her parents Marshal & Helen (Vanpelt) Vandermark; and her 12 siblings.

Sally is survived by her loving husband of 64 years James Bowie; two daughters and son in law Brenda & Fred Tomlin, Ann Bowie; sons and daughters-in-law, Jim & Jen Bowie, Jeff & Amy Bowie, Jon Bowie, Scott & Nancy Bowie; 16 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Sally was born in Deposit, NY and went to school at Deposit Central School. Following school Sally married James Bowie. She enjoyed making crafts and was an incredible cook. Sally was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed.

Private Funeral Services are being held at the convenience of the family and interment will take place in Laurel Hill Cemetery, Deposit, NY.
