Spencer Callender, 88, of Thompson, PA passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2023, at Barnes Kasson Hospital with his wife at his side.

He is predeceased by his parents Raymond and Lois (Arthur) Callender, and brother Howard Callender.

Spencer is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Ardith Peck Callender, sister Jean Darrah; brother-in-law Robert Peck; sister-in-law Vivian Stevens; daughter Kathy (Callender) & Martin Wagner; son Kevin & Lisa Callender; 3 grandchildren Eric Archer, Aaron Callender and Kaitlin Callender Spear; 5 great grandchildren, Matthew, Morgen, Joslyn, Brent and Brynn; several nieces, nephews, and cousin.

He was a member of Thompson Baptist Church and a Lifetime member of the Thompson Hose Co.

At Spencer’s request there will be no services. The immediate family will gather for a remembrance of life at a later date.
