Teresa Marie Irwin, age 54, of Oakland, PA, passed away peacefully on September 13, 2026 surrounded by her loving family. Born on April 26th, 1972, Teresa lived a full life with complete love and devotion for her family and friends.

Teresa worked many years at Barnes Kasson County Hospital in the kitchen, and more recently, in the Billing Office. She became lovingly known as Pita, T, or Tt. If you know, you know.

She had a deep passion for taking trips with her family, helping with fundraisers, collecting owls, and cooking. She was a fierce friend and family, to her family and others.

She was predeceased by her father Kenneth Edward Irwin, Sr. and her mother Kathleen Ann Irwin, Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and friends - too many to name.

She is survived by her siblings Kenneth Edward Irwin, Jr. (wife Kimberly), Terry Lee Irwin (wife Diane), David Alan Irwin (wife Dawn), niece/nephews Dakota Adam Irwin, Terry Lynn Irwin, Tobias Edward Irwin Drake, Storm Alan Lee Anderson, and Randy Alan Testa, Jr., extended family members and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday October 25th at the Legion in Susquehanna, PA at 2:00 p.m.

Interment will be in the Lanesboro Cemetery, Lanesboro, PA.

Your heart was home to us all Teresa. Until we are home again, rest in peace. We love you.
