Thomas Albert Kane Of Susquehanna, PA       Thomas A. Kane, 76, of Lakeview Road, Susquehanna, PA passed away at the Barnes Kasson SNF on Monday, March 13, 2017, after an illness. Thomas was predeceased by his parents Albert and Louise (Hinkley) Kane, and Brother-in-law Melvin Darrow. He was survived by his brothers and sisters Patricia Darrow, William and Deloris Kane, Marjorie and Robert Morris, and Donald and Sheila Kane; nieces and nephews, Mary Pat Darrow, Kathleen and Robert Hilling, Kelly Ann Kane, Jeffrey Kane, Brian and Sasha Morris, Sean and Kris Morris, Michael and Ashley Kane, and Ryan and Erin Kane; several great nieces and nephews and special friend Ned James. Thomas worked for PennDOT for several years until his retirement. He loved to hunt and fish with his family and friends. He was a member of the St. John’s Church in Susquehanna, PA. Thomas will be dearly missed dearly by his family. The family would like to thank the staff at the Barnes Kasson SNF for their excellent care. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at the St. John’s Church in Susquehanna, PA, on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 10am with Rev. David Cramer officiating. Interment will be held in the St. John’s Cemetery, Susquehanna, PA. The family will receive friends at the Hennessey’s Funeral Home, 747 Jackson Ave. Susquehanna, PA on Friday, March 17, 2017 from 5 to 8pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Barnes Kasson SNF, 2872 Turnpike St. Susquehanna, PA.
