Tina A. Rowlands Of Oakland, PA Tina A. Rowlands, 46, of Oakland, PA passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2020 at the Lackawanna Health & Rehab Center, Olyphant, PA. She is survived by her loving husband of 9 years Scott Rowlands; mother Shirley (Kuhn) Smith; father Leon Russel; brother Duane Smith; sister-in-law Thomasina & Keith Martin; uncle Jim Kuhn; aunt Sandra Hartman; nieces and nephews, Brett Smith, Tatyania Martin, Keith Martin Jr., and Thomas Martin; and several cousins and extended family. Tina was a devoted and loving wife, daughter, sister and best friend. She loved her animals. She also enjoyed camping and fishing. Tina will be dearly missed by her family and friends. A Memorial Service and Visitation will be held at a later date once restrictions due to COVID-19 are lifted.
