Virginia Ann Woodruff, 81, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at Barnes Kasson SNF in Susquehanna, PA.

She was predeceased by her parents Adah & David Walker; and a brother Arthur Walker.

Virginia is survived by her loving husband of 62 years Milton Woodruff Jr.; children Kimberly & Jim Wademan, Duane Woodruff, Lisa & David Conroy, and Amy & Jeff Krall. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren with whom she enjoyed their laughter and silliness in her life.

Virginia was a stay-at-home mom and she enjoyed taking care of her family. She always made sure her children had what they needed and made their birthdays special. In her younger years she enjoyed bowling with her dear friends, camping at thousand islands with her family and go to any special event for the family, especially the barbeques at her house. One of her favorite things was she always sent birthday cards to her grandchildren with lots of stickers on them, the more the better. Virginia was a strong, caring, loving and kind person. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. P. Patel and the staff at Barnes Kasson SNF for their kindness and wonderful care.

Visitation for Virginia will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2024, from 2pm to 5pm at Hennessey’s Funeral Home, 747 Jackson Ave. Susquehanna, PA .
