William “Bill” Otto Johnson Of Deposit, NY William “Bill” Otto Johnson,83 of Deposit, NY passed away on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Wilson Hospital in Johnson City, NY. He was born and raised in Canarsie NY, son of the late William E. & Alfrieda (Voigt) Johnson. Bill loved and was loved by his wife of 61 years, Eleanor, who was also his grade school sweetheart. He also loved and was loved by his children Lenore &Todd, William, Jessica & Douglas and Dylan as well as his grandchildren Tyler, Casey, Dorian, Madelyn, Hayden and Jessyca. Bill was an alumni of Brooklyn Tech. He supported his family working for UPS, Mack Trucks and Berg Manufacturing in sales. Some of his hobbies and interests included hunting, photography, motorcycling, boating, and music. He was proud to be a guitarist/vocalist for the West Branch Ramblers classic country band. He was a non-fiction reader, a handyman extraordinaire, a story teller and loved to laugh with family and friends. He was Eleanor’s love of her life. Private services will be held at a later date.
