William K. Kuiper Sr. (Bill), 82 of Susquehanna, PA passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, after a brief illness.

Bill was born on Aug 23, 1940, in Patterson, NJ and moved to Susquehanna as a teenager and called it home until his passing.

He was predeceased by his parents Nicholas and Lillian Kuiper; sister Cora Hemkes, Alice Kuiper, Jeanne Bedford, and Mae Wright; and brothers Nicholas and John Kuiper.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years who he affectionately called his “Ever Loving” Geraldine Kuiper (Gerry), his 3 sons and daughters in laws William (Billy) & Lisa Kuiper, Michael & Candy Kuiper and Brian & Amy Kuiper; 7 Grandkids Amanda, Crystal, Cody (Amanda), Christopher, Derek (Trish), Austin and Abigail; and 9 Great Grandkids Carsyn, Cora, Sophia, Cheyanne, Layne, Deliah, Chase, Theo, and Grayson.

He is also survived by his brother, Allen and 4 half-brothers George, Arthur, Robert and Paul and on half-sister Ruth.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 1pm at Hennessey Funeral Home 747 Jackson Ave Susquehanna PA 18847.

The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Saturday, April 22, 2023, from 11am to 1pm.

Interment will be held in the Lanesboro Cemetery, Lanesboro, PA.

Following the services, the family would like to invite everyone to the American Legion Post #86 1224 Main Street, Susquehanna, PA, for a Celebration of Life for Bill.
